The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

· Clear, concise, and grammatically correct oral and written communications

· Basic surveying math skills such as coordinate geometry and trigonometry

· Intermediate to advanced skill with AutoCAD Civil3D

· An attention to detail and error checking habits

· Professional demeanor and appearance

Responsibilities to include:

· Determine the scope of services, fee estimate, and delivery schedule for a given request for survey services

· Draft Tentative and Final Maps, ALTA Survey Plats, Records of Survey and Corner Records, Legal Descriptions and Plats, Residential Site Plans, and various other exhibits in AutoCAD Civil 3D from field data, record maps, and deeds

· Prepare Legal Descriptions from AutoCAD linework for land boundaries and easements

· Perform deed, and record map search as part of job estimating and mapping

· Calculate coordinates for corner searches and construction staking using AutoCAD

· Work with Engineering and Survey Field Crews to ensure responsible budgets and timely submittals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
